S’Mores is just a start of what you want "Some More Of" at The Artisan Baker’s homey café and bakery in Morristown NJ. (just off I-287, south of I-80, should you wish to stop for a sweet, restful café on your diagonal trip across New Jersey!
The Artist Baker (Andrea) and her mom, Fran, bake like it’s home but the variety, the creativity, and the professional training and experience behind all these pies, cookies, custom cakes, and also, even, classes!, is worth a browse through the web site at TheArtistBaker.com.
After graduating from The Art Institute of Chicago and The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Andrea moved to Sante Fe, New Mexico to work at The Coyote Café. That is just the start of her interesting travels through the good-eating parts of the United States on her way home to realize the dream of opening a bakery. We are delighted to hear from Andrea that she has adopted Daisy Flour, painted the shelf chartreuse, and only bakes with it. She sells our little 2-pound bags of Daisy Flour so that you can take a class and try it for yourself.
