Baking powder should be replaced every time you replace the batteries in your smoke alarm. It’s that important if you want to be a successful cook.

Because: Baking powder is used in such small amounts. And for whatever reason it is always sold in large quantity.  Who knew?  Baking powder gets stale and loses its power to lift your recipe.

For best results, at this time of year we put a fresh can in the Christmas stocking of all the bakers in the house….think of it as the new orange in the toe.  Who ever ate the orange anyhow?
