Banana Nut Bread
1/2 cup Crisco® 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 3/4 cup mashed banana (about 3 medium) 1-1/4 cup Daisy Spelt Flour 1/4 cup ground flax seed 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Dash of cinnamon Handful of chopped pecans Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until no crumbs stick to a toothpick.
